Important:
The compass-watch is a precision instrument; it should be used with certain precautions. For example, it should not be used near devices which create a magnetic field of any magnitude, such as loud speakers, magnets, computers, televisions, hi-tension electric cables, appliances.

For optimum accuracy, it should be kept well away from any metallic mass or source of magnetism.
